Reel Warranty Policy
13 Fishing is committed to delivering superior angler experiences and takes pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products.
We warrant that our reels will be free from defects in material or workmanship for the period of one year from the date of purchase. Abuse, improper use, dirt, rust or normal scratching or wear marks will not be covered under this warranty policy. Warranty Service does not include cleaning. A receipt from an Authorized Retailer* is a requirement for warranty claims. Warranty claims without proof of purchase will not be accepted. In the event a product submitted for warranty that requires replacement is out of stock for a long period of time or discontinued, 13 Fishing will find a comparable replacement.

Shipping Instructions: We recommend that you send your reel to us through a US Mail carrier, this can be done quickly and affordably. Be sure to keep the tracking number so that delivery can be verified, if necessary. In the package please include; reel, completed reel warranty form, proof of purchase, and a detailed explanation of the issues with the reel. Ship your package to:

Important: A dated sales receipt, your name, address, telephone number(s), and email address must accompany all warranty requests. Please include the Reel Warranty Form in the box with a brief description of the problems you are experiencing with the reel.
