13 Fishing is proud to offer a non-warranty reel service for our customers. 13 Fishing has a fine team of service technicians waiting to service your reels. This service is offered for any 13 Fishing reel sold by 13 Fishing no matter the age of the reel.
Flat Rate Service Charges (per reel):
- $30 for spinning reels
- $40 for casting reels
Service includes:
- Cleaning / Lubrication
- Inspection and any needed repair
- Any needed replacement parts.
- Return shipping.
**13 Fishing Combo Reels: We are unable to provide parts or service for our combo reels. All 13 Fishing combos come with a 1-year warranty against defects. For combo warranty, we suggest taking the combo back to the dealer where it was originally purchased for replacement.
** Drag Issues: If you are experiencing an issue with your drag, please be sure that you have proper backing on your spool if using braid. The surface of the spool is smooth, if a layer of mono backing isn’t applied, the braid on the spool can and will slip. This will make it feel like the drag isn’t functioning correctly.
Parts Requests: For specific parts requests, a reel service is required.

Processing: Please allow 10-14 business days for shipment back to you.

Reel Return Directions
- Please include a completed Reel Service Form with your shipment. This order invoice will be emailed to you after checkout.
- Do not remove parts.
- Carefully package product for return.
- Obtain a tracking number of your shipment.

Reel Service orders where reels are not received at our warehouse within 6 months of the order date will be canceled and refunded.
