Canceling or Changing an Order
Unfortunately due to the automated nature of our fulfillment system, orders cannot be canceled or changed once they have been submitted.

Tax
The appropriate tax amount by item will be included with your refund.

Discounts and Promotions
The refund value for each item returned will be reduced to reflect the value of the free gift or discount.

Free Gifts
To receive a full refund, you must also return the free gift. If you don’t do this, the refund amount will be reduced to reflect the value of the free gift.

Quantity Discount
If by returning an item your original purchase is no longer eligible for the quantity discount, the discount received will be subtracted from the purchase price of the item being returned. You will be refunded the difference.

Rapala reserves the right to deny any return. Additional exclusions may apply.
