Shipping Methods, Costs & Timing

Shipping Timing:

  • Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. We do not guarantee same day processing or shipping. We process and ship orders Monday-Thursday, excluding holidays.
  • Standard Ground Shipping – Estimated Arrival in 2-10 Business Days. (Ground Shipping not available for Alaska & Hawaii.)
  • Express Shipping – Estimated Arrival in 2-5 Business Days. (Physical Address required for delivery. Allow 5-10 Business Days to Alaska. Allow 4-7 Business Days to Hawaii.)
  • Priority Express Shipping – Estimated Arrival in 1-4 Business Days. (Physical Address required for delivery. Allow 4-9 Business Days to Alaska. Allow 3-6 Business Days to Hawaii.)

Ground Rates:

  • Standard Ground Shipping Rates within the Contiguous 48 States for orders equal to $50 or less: $8.99.
  • Standard Ground Shipping Rates within the Contiguous 48 States for orders between $50.01 and $75.00: $11.00.
  • Standard Ground Shipping Rates within the Contiguous 48 States for orders between $75.01 and $100.00: $13.50.
  • Standard Ground Shipping Rates within the Contiguous 48 States for orders between $100.01 and $150.00: $15.99.
  • Standard Ground Shipping Rates within the Contiguous 48 States for orders between $150.01 and $200.00: $18.00.
  • Standard Ground Shipping Rates within the Contiguous 48 States for orders equal to $200.01 and $300.00: $19.99.

Expedited Rates:

  • PLEASE NOTE: A Physical Address is required for delivery of all expedited orders.

Our Shipping Carrier

UPS is our preferred shipping carrier. However we reserve the right to use other shipping partners from time to time to meet your needs.

  • Standard Ground
    • All packages will be shipped either UPS or USPS.
  • Express
    • Ships UPS and only to a physical address (no PO Boxes).
  • Priority Express
    • Ships UPS and only to a physical address (no PO Boxes).

When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 48 hours of being placed. Orders ship Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has shipped from the warehouse.

Backorders

Rapala strives to fill every order to its entirety. Any item(s) not available will be refunded once your order is processed. This may take 1-2 business days to reappear on your bank or credit card statement. If you wish to still receive these items, you must reorder. Visit Rapala.com to check current availability or to reorder the item(s).

Can I pick up my order at your warehouse?

We cannot accept or process Will Call orders through Rapala.com.

Do you ship to post office boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

Yes, we ship to residents of Alaska and Hawaii. We ship orders to Alaska and Hawaii via UPS and they are not able to deliver to a PO Box.

PLEASE NOTE: A Physical Address is required for delivery. We ship all Express Orders using UPS and they are not able to deliver to a PO Box.

Do you ship to Puerto Rico or other U.S. Territories?

No, unfortunately we currently do not ship outside of the 50 U.S. States.

Do you ship internationally?

Rapala currently only ships online orders to locations inside the United States.
