13 Fishing is committed to delivering superior angler experiences and takes pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We understand that, from time to time, accidents happen and you may experience unintended or “OOPS” breakage. In those instances, we’ve got you covered.
Please review our Warranty and “OOPS” policies and procedures below before submitting a claim:

Important: If purchased from a fishing retailer, please return the product through them first. This will be the quickest way to receive a replacement. If purchased through Rapala/13 Fishing USA, please fill out the form below.
Note: To process your Warranty or “OOPS” claim, you must submit a completed form and provide a section of the rod that includes the model number. Proof of purchase (such as a receipt from an Authorized Retailer) is required for all warranty claims.
13 Fishing Combo Warranty
13 Fishing is committed to providing the best possible angler experience and takes pride in the quality and craftsmanship of its products. All 13 Fishing combos include a one (1) year warranty against defects.
For combo warranty claims, we recommend returning the combo to the original dealer where it was purchased for replacement.

LIMITED 1-3-5-7-10 YEAR ROD WARRANTY
If your rod breaks due to defects in materials or craftsmanship, it will be replaced promptly at no charge, except for return shipping to 13 Fishing. If we determine the break was caused by misuse or abuse, we will contact you and offer our “OOPS” Program.
Please understand that rods are not indestructible and must be used appropriately for the type of fishing they were designed for. For example, if your rod broke while fishing 50 lb. braid on a 10 lb.-rated rod, after being stepped on, or while lifting a large fish into your boat using only the rod, damage may occur. In these types of cases, please use the “OOPS” Program, which is designed specifically for these situations.
Shipping Guidelines:
Please send your rod in 6–12" length sections. Your package must include:
A section of the rod containing the model number
A completed Rod Replacement Form (submitted online; you will receive an email copy)
Proof of purchase from an Authorized Retailer

Rod Guides Policy:
Broken or missing guides are not covered under any 13 Fishing warranties. Guides are inexpensive and can be easily replaced at most quality fishing tackle shops.
Out of Stock Policy
In the event that a product submitted for warranty is out of stock for an extended period of time, 13 Fishing will provide a comparable replacement.
Discontinued Rods
If your rod is under warranty but has been discontinued, it will be replaced with the next closest comparable model. Once replaced, the original warranty will be void.
Authorized Retailer Policy
13 Fishing warranties are only valid for products purchased through authorized retailers. Products purchased through online auctions or marketplace sites (e.g., eBay, etc.) are not eligible for warranty coverage.

The warranty period begins on the original purchase date and does not restart upon replacement.

OOPS PROGRAM
It doesn’t matter what happened. You broke your rod and need a new one. Accidents happen and this program is designed to get a new rod back in your hands A.S.A.P.! Accidents happen. Car doors, hatches, ceiling fans, lost receipts even rods ran over in the driveway. We know most breaks aren’t defects, and we believe you should have an option to replace your favorite 13 Fishing rod at a reasonable price.
We think you deserve a reward for being a loyal customer and we have a program to replace your broken rod. We know most breaks aren’t defects, and we believe you should have an option to replace your favorite 13 Fishing rod at a fantastic price.
How it works: Ship us your rod and requested information to the below address. In the package, you must include the section of the rod with the portion that contains the model number, a completed Rod Replacement Form and proof of purchase such as a receipt from an Authorized Retailer. You must have the 6” section of the rod with the model number intact in the package. We do not need the entire rod for any Oops Replacements.
