Description
Each Deluxe Falcon™ Fillet knife features a premium stainless steel blade and contoured handle to make short work of any fillet job. It also comes with a multi-purpose sheath that protects the blade and user from harm during storage and allows "in-the-field" sharpening via its built-in fine grade ceramic-sticks sharpener.
