MINNETONKA, Minn. (September 5, 2006) – Minnetonka-based
Normark Corporation, member of the Rapala VMC Group, the world’s leading
fishing tackle manufacturer, has promoted Zack Swanson to vice president of
sales.
Swanson’s new responsibilities as vice president of sales
include managing Normark’s sales and account teams, as well as both the
regional and trophy dealer customer base.
Swanson began his relationship with Normark as an employee of
the VMC Corporation. He later became a trophy dealer specialist with Normark
and quickly shifted to national sales manager.
“Zack’s exceptional work, in-depth knowledge about our
product line and his devotion to our industry make him an incredible asset to
our company,” says Tom Mackin, president of Normark. “His hard work has been
noticed not only by everyone within the organization, but also by his customers
who feel the passion Zack brings day after day.”
