Rapala We Fish

Anybody can catch a limit of fun by playing Rapala: We Fish, a new game for Wii, where the focus is on laughing out loud.

It’s the first fishing title developed specifically for Wii, and comes with a Rapala rod-and-reel peripheral that adds greatly to the gaming experience. You’re after more than 50 comical fish species, including enormous Legendary Lunkers.

Players travel to 8 locations around the world to compete in 24 tournaments, and it’s one laugh after another as you race each other to catch fish that are natural-born comedians. When you land one, the game goes from fishing to bumper boats-featuring turbo speed boosts-as your "friends" try to knock the fish out of your boat before you get to the safe harbor!

There are 5 different game modes, including 4-player split-screen and multiplayer modes. You can choose to play as one of 5 hilarious characters, or as your favorite Mii.

When Rapala and Wii join forces, fun is built in and virtually guaranteed.


Rapala Fishing Frenzy

This new game is available for Wii systems, Xbox 360, and Playstation 3. Beautiful graphics place you in the world’s greatest fishing waters. Precision-crafted controls, custom made for each system, taking full advantage of motion sensing capabilities, leave you feeling as if you are actually out there.

You cast, experiment with presentation, set the hook, and battle fish to boatside. For example, the Wii version comes with the first Nintendo-approved fishing rod controller. Put the Wiimote in a secure handle, insert the Nun-chuck into the "reel" and you get that familiar feeling of having a rod in your hands. It’s also the first fishing game for PS3 and taps totally into motion sensing controls.

Target your favorite species, on waters you’ve always wanted to fish. Choose to compete in a tournament, or just go fishin’. Tie on more than 300 accurately portrayed Rapala lures.
