Shipping Carrier

Rapala exclusively uses UPS as a shipping carrier.

Ground Rates:

• Standard Ground Shipping Rates within the Continuous 48 States for orders equal to $50 or less: $8.99.
• Standard Ground Shipping Rates within the Continuous 48 States for orders between $50.01 and $100.00 : $11.00.
• Standard Ground Shipping Rates within the Continuous 48 States for orders between $100.01 and $200.00: $14.50.
• Standard Ground Shipping Rates within the Continuous 48 States for orders equal to $200.01 and $300.00: $18.00.
• Standard Ground Shipping Rates within the Continuous 48 States for orders equal to $300.01 or more: $25.00.
• Standard Ground Shipping is not available for residents of Alaska & Hawaii.

Expedited Rates:

• 2-day Shipping Rate to all 50 States: Surcharge Rate of $15.00
• Overnight Shipping Rate to all 50 States: Surcharge Rate of $20.00

Expedited shipping orders placed after 11am will ship the next business day. Expedited shipping to residents within a 1-day ground shipping point can still expedite their order and will be assessed the appropriate expedite fee.

When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 48 hours of being placed. Orders ship Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has shipped from the warehouse.

Backorders

Rapala strives to fill every order to its entirety. Any item(s) not available when you order is processed will automatically be cancelled and you will be notified by email. You will not be billed for any cancelled item(s). If you wish to still receive these items, you must reorder. Visit Rapala.com to check current availability or to reorder the item(s).

Do you ship to post office boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

Sorry, we cannot ship to post office boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

Yes, we ship to residents of Alaska and Hawaii. Shipments to these states require expedited shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

Rapala currently only ships online orders to locations inside the United States.
