Shipping Information
Shipping Timing:
Orders are usually processed within 24 hours and shipped out within 48 hours. We do not guarantee same day processing or shipping. We process and ship orders Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
- Standard Ground Shipping – Arrives in 7-10 Business Days (Standard Ground Shipping is not available for Alaska & Hawaii)
- Express Shipping – Arrives in 3-5 Business Days (Physical Address required for delivery)
- Priority Express Shipping – Arrives in 2-4 Business Days (Physical Address required for delivery)
Ground Rates:
- Standard Ground Shipping Rates within the Continuous 48 States for orders equal to $50 or less: $8.99.
- Standard Ground Shipping Rates within the Continuous 48 States for orders between $50.01 and $75.00: $11.00.
- Standard Ground Shipping Rates within the Continuous 48 States for orders between $75.01 and $100.00: $13.50.
- Standard Ground Shipping Rates within the Continuous 48 States for orders between $100.01 and $150.00: $15.99.
- Standard Ground Shipping Rates within the Continuous 48 States for orders between $150.01 and $200.00: $18.00.
- Standard Ground Shipping Rates within the Continuous 48 States for orders equal to $200.01 and $300.00: $19.99.
- Standard Ground Shipping Rates within the Continuous 48 States for orders equal to $300.01 or more: $25.00.

Expedited Rates:
A Physical Address is required for delivery of all expedited orders.
- Express Shipping Rate to all 50 States: Surcharge Rate of $18.00
- Priority Express Shipping to all 50 States: Surcharge Rate of $23.99

When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 48 hours of being placed. Orders ship Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has shipped from the warehouse.
Backorders
Rapala strives to fill every order to its entirety. Any item(s) not available when you order is processed will automatically be cancelled and you will be notified by email. You will not be billed for any cancelled item(s). If you wish to still receive these items, you must reorder. Visit Rapala.com to check current availability or to reorder the item(s).
Do you ship to post office boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
We do ship to Post Offices Boxes with Ground Shipping. Expedited shipping options require a physical address for delivery. Sorry, we cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
Yes, we ship to residents of Alaska and Hawaii. Shipments to these states require expedited shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Rapala currently only ships online orders to locations inside the United States.
