Returns & Exchanges

Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell and offering great customer service is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines detailed below and we will be happy to help you to return your purchase.

Return Policy

Online purchases must be returned within 30 days of purchase with provided shipping label and must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging and accessories. Non-clothing items cannot be returned if opened.

Clothing items being returned must be unworn and unwashed with original tags.

Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment center (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or PayPal account within 7 days. Please note, depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

If you wish to exchange a product, you must go online and reorder, and process the original item as a return.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error has occurred when filling the order.

Return Instructions

It’s easy to return a Rapala.com purchase. Here’s how:

  • Fill out the returns form included in your package. Please be sure to note the item you are returning and the reason for your return using the codes provided.
  • Affix the provided peel off label to your return package and include the bottom portion of the form in your box. The top portion is for your records.
  • Once you have completed the form, please box up your return and send it by ground freight. (We recommend purchasing tracking information to help expedite returns claims.) Return Shipping is not Pre-Paid.

FAQ’s

Canceling or Changing an Order: Unfortunately due to the automated nature of our fulfillment system, orders cannot be cancelled or changed once they have been submitted.

Tax: The appropriate tax amount by item will be included with your refund.

Discounts and Promotions: The refund value for each item returned will be reduced to reflect the value of the free gift or discount.

Free Gifts: To receive a full refund, you must also return the free gift. If you don’t do this, the refund amount will be reduced to reflect the value of the free gift.

Quantity Discount If by returning an item your original purchase is no longer eligible for the quantity discount, the discount received will be subtracted from the purchase price of the item being returned. You will be refunded the difference.

Rapala Discretion: Rapala reserves the right to deny any return. Additional exclusions may apply.
